ICPP Leadership Fellowships provide a pathway to leadership for historically underrepresented perspectives in art and performance curation. Working in partnership with an arts organization, awarded fellows conceive and realize a curatorial project that grows out of their second-year practicum or thesis project. The ICPP Leadership Fellowship supports ICPP’s mission of diversifying the workforce in cultural organizations and expanding curatorial perspectives across the field.
